- 9/10 to 11/31 (3 Months)

- Tuesday/Thursday 7-8:30 PM

FULL CLINIC: $325 / MO

Full payments will be made in the facility the first day you come in.

You will have the option choose to whether you'd like to do the full clinic or month-to-month.
