What's Included

Mechanical Assessment
We'll run you through our comprehensive analysis to identify the key flaws in your delivery so we can write the most effective training possible. This is the same assessment that all of our BPC pros have gone through to improve their mechanics.

Movement Assessment
Similar to our mechanical assessment, this analysis will allow us to identify any major flaws regarding your mobility or movement capacity.

Daily Coaching
Develop a close relationship with one of our BPC performance coaches and get feedback on a daily basis in order to make progress as quickly as possible.

Individualized Drill Work
We will create a custom plyo routine based on the inefficiencies we find in your mechanical assessment. We will also provide any additional drill work that we believe will develop your velocity.

Strength Training + Correctives
Head to the weight room with confidence as you will have a monthly workout program tailored to your specific needs. We will also give you mobility correctives to address any inefficiencies found in the movement assessment.

Data Analyzation & Game Planning
Gain a better understanding of how to use Trackman and Rapsodo data to develop an unfair arsenal, as well as guidance as to how to use it most effectively in-game.
FAQs
How Much Does Training With BPC Cost? Our pricing varies based on a few factors, including the training option you choose (remote, hybrid, or in-house), your length of commitment (6 months vs. 12 months), and your level of play. For the most accurate pricing, please reach out and our staff will help you choose the best fit and break down your options.
What’s the Difference Between Remote / Hybrid / In-Person? Remote athletes follow their training plan entirely on their own, with coaching support and feedback provided from a distance. Hybrid athletes train remotely as well, but have the opportunity to come into our facility once per week to work hands-on with our staff. In-person athletes can train at our facility Monday through Friday each week, getting the most on-site coaching access.
Do You Work With Pitchers During the Season? Yes — we work with pitchers in-season. Your plan is built around where you are in the calendar, so in-season training focuses on staying healthy, maintaining strength, managing workload, and making the right adjustments without overhauling everything at the wrong time. You’ll still get coaching support and feedback on mechanics and arsenal so you can keep improving while you compete.
How Old Do You Have to Be to Train With BPC? We work with high school, college, and professional pitchers for our remote and hybrid pitching development programs. For athletes younger than high school age, we do offer youth training in-house at our facility. To learn more, please visit the “Youth Training” page in our menu.
Does This Work If I Already Train With My Team? Yes — our training can work alongside your team schedule and current program. Most of our athletes already have practices, lifting, throwing, and game commitments. We’ll tailor your plan around those so you can keep developing without conflicting with what your team requires.
Career-Changing Transformations

"My son walked into BPC 3 years ago with a goal of making his varsity high school baseball team. It turned out to be the best investment we ever made.
The instruction he received from Ed Charlton and Mike Adams was invaluable and it went beyond baseball. Their mentorship encouraged Shane to believe in the process and dedicate himself to the grind.
Not only did BPC improve his game but they also transformed his body all while training in an electric and competitive atmosphere with the best players in the State.
Shane went on to earned a starting position on his varsity baseball team and a D1 college scholarship as well.
Thank you BPC! We are forever grateful!"

"Baseball Performance Center-it’s not just a place, it’s a way of life. BPC athletes experience the best training with coaches and mentors who work with them every day to hone their skills on the field and in life. When you show up and put the work in, the results come out and the right people notice. If your son has the goal is to play in college or play professionally, the coaches have the connections to get them seen. I am truly grateful to BPC for how they helped shape my boys into the players and men they have become."
